These shorts feature a compressive fabric and high rise waistband with our signature silicone grips that keep your shorts up on your waist during running, burpees or while pregnant! But wait... they also have the grips on the bottom so those shorts don't slide up your legs too! 

The fabric blend is moisture wicking and is super smooth and buttery soft to the touch. With added side pockets and a compressive material that hugs you in all the right places you'll never want to take these biker shorts off!

Love these shorts!!!! THEY ARE MY FAVORITES!!!!!!

Shorts are amazing!

I have both the original 8” shorts and the new 5” shorts! Both are amazing, very soft & comfortable, just like their capris & leggings! I wear them for HIIT workouts, strength training, cardio, & walking the dog! The silicone bands around the waist prevent them from rolling down & the band around the bottom of each leg prevents them from rolling up! It’s a win win!!!!

Best Shorts Ever

If you thought the Love and Fit Shorts couldn’t get any better THEY DID! I am already obsessed with the leggings so the shorts were a no-brainer. I am a short (like 5’2”) girl so when Laura released the shorter inseam I was there! These are my favorite shorts and make my tush look fabulous! Please make more colors!
