HOW DO I RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT LOVE AND FIT NEWS, OFFERS AND BLOGS?
Register to receive our newsletter at the bottom left of our home page as well as follow us on social media.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Please use our Size Chart to find the correct size. Most women need a larger size when they are
nursing. It’s most likely that the bra size you are in month 8 or 9 of your pregnancy will be pretty similar to the one you need while nursing.
HOW SUPPORTIVE ARE LOVE AND FIT’S NURSING SPORTS BRAS?
The Athena was built for mid-high impact. Our Strappy Back & Cambria Nursing Sports Bra was built for low-mid impact. Based on your size and what nursing stage you are at may impact how tight and compressive the bra is.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do and the rate is calculated at checkout.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders process immediately upon receipt therefore we cannot guarantee
changes or cancellations of orders once they have been placed. However,
we will try to make accommodations where it is possible. If you have

Can I use my HSA or FSA here?
Yes! If a product is labeled as HSA/FSA eligible on our site, you can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for it directly—no reimbursements needed.
How do I know if a product is eligible?
Look for the “HSA/FSA Eligible” tag on the product page. You can also use filters or search terms like “HSA” to easily find qualifying items.
How do I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
At checkout, choose Gale HSA/FSA Payments as your payment method. Enter your HSA or FSA card details just like you would with a regular debit card.
Can I use my regular credit card instead?
Absolutely. If you’d prefer not to use your HSA or FSA funds, you can still pay with a regular debit or credit card.
Are there any fees when using Gale?
Nope! Gale does not charge any additional fees for using HSA or FSA cards. It’s completely free for customers.
What is a Letter of Medical Necessity and do I need one?
Some products may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) to qualify for HSA/FSA use. If that’s the case, Gale provides a seamless and secure process to help you obtain one from a licensed healthcare provider.
How long does it take to get a Letter of Medical Necessity?
It typically takes less than 24 hours after you complete a short form and a medical review. Gale makes the process quick and easy, so you can get back to shopping.
I’m outside the U.S.—can I still use Gale?
Currently, Gale’s HSA/FSA payment option is only available to U.S.-based customers with eligible HSA or FSA accounts.
