Egg White Zucchini Frittata

Quick and easy breakfast!

 

INGREDIENTS: 16 EGG WHITES – 1 ZUCCHINI – COCONUT OIL OR BUTTER SPRAY

Spray or coat each tin with butter spray or coconut oil.

Add two egg whites to each cup.

Season with NuSalt & Mrs. Dash tomato basil blend.

Add 1 tbsp chopped zucchini in each tin.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 8 minutes and serve!

I made mine with a side of turkey sausage links.
