Step 1: Pull the top layer up from the bottom and find the inner layer with the slit for the flange pumps.

Step 2: Position the flange in between the fabric slits, over the nipple.

Step 3: Repeat the first step on the other side.

Step 4: Make sure the fabric is fully around the flange and not trapping any skin. Pull the top layer back over the top of the flange pump to make it even more secure.

TO NURSE: Simply pull the top layer down for quick and easy access. Some moms like to nurse through the pumping slits too!
