WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS - For most weeks, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing of your order before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and holidays)

WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING - We strongly encourage you to choose the most appropriate shipping option below if you are worried about lost or stolen packages. Also, please choose the Route Insurance option during checkout to cover your package during high season times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US):

Standard shipping in the United States:

We are proud to offer FREE domestic standard shipping for orders over $75. Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS Sure Post.

Other shipping options:

$5 - USPS First Class (under 16 oz) Shipping ranges from 5-10 days (excluding days for processing and weekends). This shipping option is most cost effective but lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer - no exceptions.

      $9 - USPS Priority Shipping ranges 1-4 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends). This shipping option offers insurance up to $50 and any lost (not stolen) package a case can be filed via USPS. Stolen packages or incorrect deliveries are not insured under this shipping option. 

      $13.95 - USPS Priority Shipping w/ Signature Confirmation: This is the BEST option to ease your mind for safe shipping with USPS. With this option, you'll need to sign for your package and it should not be delivered unless signature is documented.

      $19.95 - UPS 2 Day Express (Delivery 2 business days after shipping) 

      Please note that the following are only available via standard shipping:

      • PO boxes
      • Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands (not eligible for free shipping)

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS & PROTECTION: Prices calculated at checkout.

      1. USPS First Class Shipping (order value under $100): ranges from 7-21 days depending on the region (excluding days for processing). This shipping option is most cost effective but lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer - no exceptions. 

      2. USPS First Class Shipping (order value over $100): ranges 7-21 days depending on the region (excluding the days for processing). This shipping option offers insurance up to $200 and any lost (not stolen) package a case can be filed via USPS. 

       ** Insurance not provided for these countries (Shipments sent to Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela). 

      3. DHL Express ranges from 4-6 days depending on the region (excluding the days for processing). This is the fastest option and insurance included for value of all items.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (Domestic):

      Once we receive your item(s) please allow 48-72 hours processing time (excluding weekends)

      RETURNS must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

      1. Items need to be unwashed, unworn, and in “like new” condition. Item is no longer in "like new" condition if it includes: velcro marks, stains (including breast milk or deodorant), cuts, holes, is stretched or has odor of any kind - including detergent or perfume.
      2. Please make sure original hangtags are attached
      3. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If we made a mistake with your order, we will, of course, cover shipping.  Please email us at hello@loveandfit.com if you believe that to be the case.  :-)
      4. For returns that are submitted for "Refunds" we offer a $4.99 prepaid label option for your convenience or you may ship the item(s) back via your own shipping carrier as well.
      5. For returns that are submitted for "Store Credit" your return shipping is free and we will offer you a free return label. Your credit will be emailed to you after return item is inspected and approved.
      6. If you would like to exchange your product for an item that is more/less value, please process at STORE CREDIT and submit a refund for your original item.

      Exchange item is not guaranteed when you submit a RMA exchange request. Exchange is based on in-stock items available when we receive your exchange.

      At this time, we do not process exchanges, however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a full refund and re-ordered.
