RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (Domestic):

Once we receive your item(s) please allow 48-72 hours processing time (excluding weekends)

Due to sanitary reasons and for the safety of our customers we will not accept "used' merchandise. If your return is not in "like new condition" upon arrival, Love and Fit has the right to reject your return and not refund your purchase. Please be courteous when trying on your items to prevent these issues.

RETURNS must be made within 30 days of purchase delivery.

  1. Items need to be unwashed, unworn, and in “like new” condition. Item is no longer in "like new" condition if it includes: velcro marks, stains (including breast milk or deodorant), cuts, holes, is stretched or has odor of any kind - including detergent or perfume.

  2. Due to sanitary reasons and for the safety of our customers we will not accept "used' merchandise. If your return is not in "like new condition" upon arrival, Love and Fit has the right to reject your return and not refund your purchase. If the item is not accepted, we will email you with images of the rejected return showcasing the issue. 

  4. Please make sure original hangtags are attached

  5. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If we made a mistake with your order, we will, of course, cover shipping.  Please email us at hello@loveandfit.com if you believe that to be the case.  :-)

  6. RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+(Easy Returns) and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached.

**If you do not select Checkout+ you will need to purchase a return label inside the portal for $7.99. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label.

  8. If you would like to exchange your product for an item that is more/less value, you can do so through the return portal. We will cover your first return label. For any subsequent returns, you will cover your own return label for $7.99. If you purchased redo with your order, they will cover your return label.

**Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there was a mistake on our part, just email us at hello@loveandfit.com and we are happy to help you get it resolved.

Customers in the U.S.  who selected Checkout+(Easy Returns) are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit, provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of delivery.  If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer one complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Should you need more than two even exchanges,  or if you select a different product or color, you can purchase a label inside the portal for $7.99. To be eligible for exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

  4. Each order is eligible for one free exchange label (unless it is a final sale item). You will not be able to exchange an order a second time with our free exchange shipping label. 

Items received for free through a giveaway, special promotion, or other offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange item is not guaranteed when you submit a RMA exchange request. Exchange is based on in-stock items available when we receive your exchange.

RETURNS POLICY (International):

At this time, we do not process exchanges, however, qualifying items can be returned to us for a full refund and re-ordered.
