Ever bend over on the squat rack near the mirror, turn around, see your pregnancy leggings or your workout leggings and yelp?!

Yep, I’ve been there before many times… surprised that my $98 pair of leggings are actually STILL see-through.

I mean they work just fine for running or hiking but if I’m bending over even a little bit doing some awesome weightlifting exercises you’re most likely gonna see those undies.

Why is it so hard to find a great pair of workout leggings?

I’ve asked myself this time and time again. Sometimes, I buy $98 leggings and sometimes I buy $19 ones. At times, they both can compare. There are a few pairs that I tend to love and have most (but never all!) of my needs are checked off. Those needs/wants would be:

• Not see-through
• Soft, plush feel
• Body forming, not stiff and scratchy
• Moisture wicking (no crotch sweat)
• And, of course, fits and forms around your butt!

I feel like many leggings I’ve bought, check 2-3  of my criteria off the list but never the whole shebang!

And, don’t even get me started on the sports bras and tank tops. I know it can be hard to fit a sports bra, as us women are so different regarding our bust sizes. But, I end up having ten sports bras I never wear and then the two I love? I wear on repeat!

Am I right, ladies?!

With such a massive growing market,  I really hope to change some of these aspects. However, I’m focused majorly on Moms! Since becoming a new mom, I felt that we needed to put a little more attention on what mothers needed. Not just during pregnancy, but after and even before!

My Pre2Post workout leggings were designed to meet all the 5 points above that I wanted in workout and pregnancy leggings. My Fit Mama Nursing Sports Bra was designed to meet the needs of nursing mothers that wanted support but also comfort when trying to get back into shape post-baby.

I created these items out of a need. I hope I can continue to help women to find better activewear that fits their lifestyle with the creations  of Love & Fit designs.
